@04GUITARPLAYER04 I have my doubts that pilots flying a jet at close to 400 miles an hour at an extreme minimum of one thousand feet away, most likely tens of thousands of feet would be able to tell. find a football field and then park a car three full fields away...would YOU be able to tell the make and model from there? Now, do the same thing while zooming past faster than the speed of sound. That's WHY they need ground direction, to a pilot it's just dots on the ground.

@ZarathustrasCrown i know sad but stupid as fuck. cause i mean you think the taliban use the amtrack? and its not easy to miss that thing
-
@04GUITARPLAYER04 They did see them, they just mistook them for the wrong side. Sad mistake, no doubt, but that's just part of the "fog of war" they were talking about. It's the ground man's job to direct the pilot, all the pilot would see would be a vague truck-like shape and some little dots (the soldiers), there's no way they'd be able to tell from thousands of feet away "oh yeah, those are ours", they'd be nothing but a little speck on the ground to the pilot.

They say some is real and some is acted...BS its all fake
-
what the fuck, what type of pilots are those? they could not see a BIG ASS BLOCK OF ALUMINUM? and seriously how the fuck they can not see at least a couple of soldiers on the ground?
-
@topperheartramada how the fuck does his tone offend you? it is in no way shape or form showing disrespect to these Marines.

I love how they go to commercial break every three minutes and then spend the next two minutes repeating what happend before the break. Just how many breaks are there and why do they think the audience is so mentally challenged that it can't follow the story? It is outright ridiculous. Plus I don't like the tone of the narrator's voice. It is just disrespectful.

@IDFArmor i will say again. they knew they were not facing an army. and i dont know where the every iraqi armoured vehicle is and i never claimed to have known. not only that if you were in their positions (since you claim you've done service) would you have located friendly before you send an airstrike? if not than you should have been with these marines because your just as dumb if you wouldnt even bother. everybody knows as a good operator do avoid danger close

A HORRIBLY planned mission. HORRIBLE.

iraqi insurgents used alot of weaponry abandoned by the iraqi army, i'd like to know how YOU of all people know exactly where every iraqi armored vehicle was at the time...
i'll tell you this much: during my service in the gaza strip we encountered enemy light armor, and NO ONE expected that, so thats just more evidence to show you that what happened here was an honest mistake.
and yes, the iraqi army can movie into a city if it wants...
