@defin99 oh common, john is amazing but he can't touch jaco or wooten. Jaco is the master of emotion and telling a story and far surpases john at that, and wooten is the master of technique who technically cant be touched by anyone. John is the master of balls out rockin and no one can touch him at that.

i agree 100% he set the bar for modern rock bass, enough said!

good as wooten,jaco,geddy etc are/werethey couldn't hold a candle to entwistle.he made bass playing exciting and boy could he groove.
