LG Optimus GT540 Android Phone Review

I have been using this phone for a while, and i must say, it's a great phone for those who are going under a budget and still want some great features bundled along. This mobile phone comes pre-loaded with Android 2.1, 3MP camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled, Google Android Market enabled, decent speed with live wallpapers enabled and more. Iv'e had this phone for a year and it overall is a good phone... however i have had freezing problems the whole time, mainly just for a few seconds but recently it has been stopping me accesing anything. I think it is the screen mainly because the resistive screen means you have to slightly press on it. If it is just a one off then i highly recommend this but if it is common then it is just a waste of money.

This phone can become quite powerful if youre willing to tinker with it. What i did personally...I rooted the phone, installed cyanogen mod 7, which updates it to 2.3 gingerbread. Also optional to overclock it with set cpu. Doing these can make this phone quite awesome and fast.
