Well, I am just getting into this Law of Attraction/Sub-conscious mind path.....I do write down my positive affirmations and I read them over and over again everyday, several times a day. I honestly believe that if I continue on this path, my desires will be a reality sooner rather than later. I am shocked that a lot of people don't know about this path...

Very honest. I have found thoughts lead to stories which are usuallly fueled by beleifs.
Thought itself is very subtle and as you say the source isn't always easy to find.
Nice work!

i like when you said let go of the purpose of your belief. i find myself reacting to certain things irrationally out of beliefs i created during childhood and young adulthood. writing helped me out alot because it gave me a blueprint. ive been depressed lately and unconsciously let go of writing out my thoughts.i think your video helps inspire me to do more

thankyou i cant wait to start "free-flow" writing...love ur vids man
You hit the nail on the head in this video. My negative belief structures are my greatest obstacles to Gnosis; they prevent me from seeing myself as I really am, yet I am loathe to discard them. I guess the truth is that I am afraid to see myself as I really am, but I know that is what I must do. Thanks for the inspiration.

Follow the fear.
If you examine the deepest point that the fear comes from, you'll find out what's stopping you, and that will give you the power to change it.

I should definitely do a video about that. But I'll give you a few pointers to start. Writing is an intimate act, especially pen-to-paper. It's like a direct line to your brain. The kind of writing I was referring to in the video is the kind where you take your thoughts and put them on paper directly. Don't try to make it a poem or a story, or grammatically correct. Don't try to make it make sense to anyone. Just let each thought become written down and move into the next until you feel done.

Don't read it until you're finished--and in fact, sometimes it's best not to read it for a week or so in order to become psychologically distant from it. The point is not the writing; the point is the release. Writing is cathartic in a way. It makes your mind think that something concrete has happened, and so it's easier to let go of the energy that is built up behind your worries and thoughts.

There are, of course, other ways of journaling that are more for writing down ideas and self-analysis. I would recommend that you keep those in a separate journal from the "free-flow" entries. Thanks for your question. I had to review my video to give you a more complete answer, and it brought me to a deeper level of understanding. That's what's great about community.
