Yes there is,

If you go to Image > Canvas Size.

Then from there you can chose size,

It's still REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDiculous. Instructional models and learning is not based on the Teachers style but more effectively the students. Her teaching style is not a style its a silent movie. We left that era decades ago. Its 2011. Everyone can record audio. No excuse if you're going to "teach"
