I came into the show with an attitude that it wouldn't be great--but you know---its really wonderful. I like the idea of a multi ethnic cast--but after a while I don't even notice and its completely natural. Glad they kept the original songs and the new ones aint half bad. What a talented cast. Peters is my fav.

I grew up in the 60s and was enchanted with the version that was made back then. The cast was 100% WASP (White American Society Protestant) and I didn't know that it was supposed to be an issue. Because it wasn't at the time. I love this new version of the Rogers & Hamerstein score of the play. Not because it's multicultural, but because the acting and singing are amazing. Cinderella was a slave that overcame her situation - a great lesson for everyone, equally..
