i was curious if u might have an original copy of under a blanket of blue by glen grays band from 1934 i believe it was on the blue and gold label with the decca logo in kind of an art deco print!! if so could u please post it thxs

My pleasure, 'althazarr'. This is a different arrangment from the one Glen recorded for that radio transcription service in 1935 [that was a "sweeter", more formal version]- here, it's more "swinging" and has a "loose" feel to it...

Thank you also Lloyd!, I did not realize we have the same name! The name Lloyd is actually not very common in my area of Minnesota!
I hope to find more items from Glen Gray in the days ahead with all the outdoor sales that are popular here in the summer..
This version cooks. I've been a Glen Gray fan for a long time but this is a first for me. Thanks for this gem.

Recorded on July 2, 1937 (featuring a Gene Gifford arrangement), and originally released on Decca 15035.
