Animation of the Sarychev Peak volcano eruption, created from 29 still frames taken by astronauts aboard the ISS. I've corrected the titles (per user bmanct) to refer to pyroclastic flows.

  • Amazing. I thought it looked like there were some pyroclastic flows there when I saw the still images. Nice to see it slowed down and up close. Sure puts things in perspective. Scary...
