Creamy Potato Salad is one of the world's all-time favourite salads. Perfect for barbeques, parties or just as an everyday side dish. This is a basic recipe for Potato Salad with a bit of a twist - Enjoy!!

RECIPE FACT SHEET

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

1kg Baby Potatoes (Boiled and Quartered)
1 Cup Whole Egg Mayonnaise
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic
Salt and Pepper
1- 2 Tablespoons Sweet Chilli Sauce

ALSO TRY:
Substitute Sweet Chilli Sauce for Curry Powder or Mustard!

Serves 4-6 as a Side Dish


Preperation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

  • can i know the sauce components the white thing and the red ?is it mayonnaise and ?????

  • What's a good substitute for sour cream? Yogurt perhaps?

  • Natural yogurt would work :)

  • I havent had sweet chilli sauce for ages, looks like I will have to get a bottle. I love adding finely chopped parsley, onion and celery to my potato salads.

    GREAT STUFF CHEF! I would add fine celery slices and seed; chopped fine onion and chopped parsley. Maybe a crumbled cold, hard boilded egg too.

  • nice sauce, but some vegies in there would be more colorfull.

  • my mum has that big mesuring jug, its perfect for mixing omlettes. good ol' tupperwear! LASTS FOR EVER!
