A "tough guy" and a female deliberately block traffic in South Philly just to start trouble, but his attention-getting plan blows up in his face -- or should I say breaks his leg -- as a crowd turns violent.

@cubanboy740 The "helpless couple" could have easily moved the car. By not doing so, they were deliberately provoking other motorists and bystanders. The couple was probably stopped there for several minutes. They were perpetrating a summary offense, obstructing the highway. The couple mistakenly thought that the male's exaggerated physique would intimidate people into submission.
