Yes, it must be public domain. There's nothing wrong with it...even has Maceo! I'm waiting for an imagined DVD of a 1971-72 live performance from the Apollo Theatre. The Hot pants rendition is beyond belief! Thanx.

The complete film of this performance would make a classic DVD! By the mid-'80s, when many "same-y" concert tapes became available, this gem was apparently gathering mothballs.

@ensconse You've said a mouthfull! I got tired of buying so many live-JB CDs that turned out to be that same damn Atlanta concert from '85! Different packaging, altered sequencing, but it's the same show. That sound recording must be public domain or something.
