This is the last amateur, competitive performance by Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean of their Free Dance to Ravel's Bolero at the World Figure Skating Competition in 1984. The venue is the Civic Centre, Ottawa.

  • Wasn't this the one that was delayed due to a power cut? I seem to remember staying up until about 2am with Mum and Dad (in England) to watch it.

  • @brett18uk the american footage is of the olympics, this one is the worlds - about 5 weeks after

  • @brett18uk perhaps you were watching footage from their Olympic performance? This one is from Worlds, in Ottawa. Same string of 6.0's at the end, but different event & performance.
