@ECwashr He is not introducing the Russian (Medvedev) to other Russians. He is introducing him to US officials. Their names are Mark Lippert, Denis McDonough, Gary Samore, and Michael McFaul. They are part of Obama's National Security Staff.

You obviously have no idea what Obamas staff look like. I don't know who they are but he is not extending his hand to introduce because when Presidents or ANYONE for that matter, introduces a person to a line-up of people, they "SPEAK" and say, this is John Smith...and this is James Steiner. Obama isn't talking at all, you see the obvious frustration on his face when he gets dissed at :22. His hand is extending to greet the men, not introduce them. Ignorance is bliss I guess.
