though i was only around nine years old at the time, i remember this cup final like it was last week. red hot day, all the kids playing footy in the street, keep nipping in just to see what the players were having for breakfast, then me aul fella inviting all the neighbours round, draw the curtains for a better pic cause the tellys were shite, then watch the game.
the only bad thing was the result... im a liverpool fan.
(the following wednesday was far better)

My first FA cup final,heady days! Different era. This vid' ends just as Liverpool walk to the united end. Emelyn and the boys applauded the united fans every step of the way,as did we them. Scousers did the same when united went to their end.Both sets of fans and players were a credit that day!
