  • just what i needed!i've been a runner since i was a teen but even as an athlete, others still pass me easily, now i know its a posture/stride width issue. thanks soooooo much!

  • good infomation

  • lmao classic

  • Blah Blah Blah!!!!

  • what if Crowies legs are longer measured from point of hip to toe plant - what happens then ?. And what if one athlete was 6"8 and the other 5"2 ?? what about length then ?. Or would you hear another septic tank who loves the sound of his voice pontificate for another 6 boring minutes. Fuck my boot

  • Good stuff. It is clear that Crowie is more efficient here. However as the film is not at right angles to the athletes measurements are innacurate. Crowies upright, shoulders back style is an indicator of great core strength and full use of hip flexors. Lieto is folding in the middle leaving him very inneficient. The more fatigued we become the more we fold, the greats always look 'upright'.

  • Interesting comment on stride length. This is correct given their cadence is the same, which it is (speed = stride length x cadence)

  • this is brilliant insight... is Craig A still wearing Newtons?
