Mister Mr Five by Five 5x5 Andrews Sisters 78 rpm record on Victrola

Here's Mr. 5x5 on my Victrola Model 5-H. This one was stuck in my head the other day. I noticed the Andrews Sisters version wasn't on here, so I had to do something about that. Please forgive the poor condition of the record. This one's dedicated to 8 yr old, Josef Ambrefe. He was singing this one when it also got stuck in his head (from hearing me sing it).

This is one of my favorite songs by them!! It's so funny! Timeless music....played on a real timeless machine! What year is that travel player, it's amazing! I did not know that one could play an electronic record on a mechanical player! I love it!

Back in 1963 I was an extra in a theater in Munich, feeling somewhat homesick. In a room behind the stage was a record player that one, and on it was a record by the Andrews Sisters, 'Long Time No See.' What a tonic that was. And a great song by the greatest trio.
