  • i have been loading up on lots of fat as well to get my calories in. how much fat do you get in?

  • @o00thunderhawk00o I get tons of fat! Main source nuts and seeds... Pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Nut butters like Almond or Nuttzo, chia seeds, flaxseed, Coconut oil, and coconut fat! Fat is essential for energy, brain health, skin health, and even heart health.

    Stick to clean sources and you're fine... Avoid trans fats are oils taken to high temperatures. Most of my salads and smoothies have seeds added to them!

  • @shnazit This is an example of plant based supplements... I rarely would that much in a smoothie. My goal is to educate and share knowledge that I have picked up. Thank you for your time.

  • @sanitizer03 AND it's a better alternative to junk food or garbage ice cream when you want something sweet!

  • Acai and cacao are both debatable how effective they are... if you can get them affordable, they taste great. Regardless cacao is great chocolate flavor without much of a negative effect and I have seen digestion benefits in myself and with others including in a friend with crohn's. Whole foods are always best!

  • @sanitizer03 do you think its possibly to get too many calories from fat? i only eat good fat (like you listed) and i get tones of calories from it. im trying to put on size so i get a lot of fat and protein and carbs.would it be bad if 50% of my calories came from fat?

  • eat more real food. That was me 10 years ago and after a year or two you will where down your adrenals and thyroid....2 or 3 suplement at most........Hard to watch people make same mistakes as all my friends did in there 20"s

  • @sanitizer03 i love to mix vega whole food optomizer with yogurt, cottage cheese and a lil bit of almond milk as a late night snack. somtimes i will use the performance protein to get some L-glutamine.
