As a member of ACE (American Coaster Enthusiast), I participated in the KTTV CHANNEL 11 broadcast of the revamped version of Superman the Escape, now called Superman: Escape from Krypton. This is the 10am broadcast on 3/15/11. When it opened in 1997 it went forward. Now the cars have been changed to a lighter version and they go backward. I was lucky enough to ride it 11 times today during the press day and I am actually interviewed by reporter Phil Shuman in this clip after the ride was over.
