In the last 2 weeks I had decided to experiment with aggressive Traingin technique of super cropping. Its the intentional breaking and bending of branches to acheive an even canopy and to relocate hormones. This is said to will help the plant Flourish with growth, growing many regular branches into a top heads. It is said to help strengthen the stocks of the plants aswel. I have shown some of the scars (1:54) left from my attemp at super cropping. The plants seemed to respond well to this attempt and the plants are still growing strong at their regualr pace. Please comment. Thanks jOhnnySeed,

(I need some tips on getting the main stock nice and thick.befor I attempt to flower my first plant. Would like to hear what others have done and what has worked and what hasnt anything would help Thanks.)

Peace And Wellness.

  • thats a really sick plant

  • From experience grower, light color does not do shit. Watts and lumens matter. Watts cause heat but u need more watts to produce more lumens,... Flowering begins when summer days are long. More light longer time. Stopping the light completly for a day can help cause some reaction. Then light for 14 hours.

  • when did you first top your plant? it looks as if you topped it at the first chance to. and when you top have you found it normal to have the super skinny leafs? Mine are doing similar and they are only a month old tho and slightly bushier. Oh and how many watts are you using?

(((props on your setup it looks very nice)))

  • yea prick shut it rite!

  • I have a plant I got like 3 days before halloween and I just put it outside after it was like 6 inches tall it's like 1 ft and a half now when will it but I've heard 10 weeks but it's january now

  • @themutherfunkinDme pT. 2 My posts are for information only. Sorry if i come across soo corrective but i dont like to misinfom. and plus iam sure what i said is true as little in depth i may know Iam sure its rght./ Dont mean to come across like that lol. Peace and Wellness. JohnnySeed.

  • @themutherfunkinDme lmao teen? please. Buddy iam just sharing something you may not know. I had Just read a bit on photosysnthesis. its just the science of why most streching occurs man nothing to with flowering but yeah i noticed taht they do strech 2 to 3 x the size during first 2 weeks of flowering. iam guessing to make room for fruits. Dont take it the wrong way. I like to clear things up in my channel leave no loose ends. As much art can go into your operation its all science in the end.

  • @StartswithASeed damn bro youre a persistant fucker, yeah it came out all jammed up, its just annoying having someone question or critique everything u say, but less than 12 flower, red spectrum more productive flowering, its fucked up and u'd feel retarded busting my balls... i only harvest twice a year and evrything i have been doing is working great for me and if this wasnt over the internot we wouldnt b having this conversation and things would b gravy, i hope im not arguing with a teen?

  • @themutherfunkinDme No i do not believe it sgnals flowering thats bull. Its know from lighting schedule can cause flowering and time exsistance can casue flowering not light color lmao. I think my last comment flew over your head lmao. nothing to do with spectrum lmao. ts to do with availabilty of light. Casues the strech. just seems that red is what it uses to determine availablity of light but it has to know what it starts with aswell. as light availability changes the plant adjusts.

  • @StartswithASeed i agree...red spectrum around26-3200k signals flowering but they still almost double in size b4 harvest, theres still other ways to control unnecessary stretching ontop of manipulating light spectrum, but to each his own, as the grows past and u notice more and more what works and what doesnt, the experimenting and trying new things or even for pushing the limits..teaches us alot and in some ways got us to where we are today in canna cultivation, much luv dont mean to troll u
