Evan Alexander Marak - Rest in Peace - R.I.P.-

Evan was just 16, and although it was always known that his life would be shorter than other kids no one ever expected it to be this short--then there really isn't any good time to die--still it was a major shock to his friends and family and his grieving aunt, my dear friend Ally.

Evan resided in Silverdale, Kitsap County, Washington State born on March 25, 1992.
Evan Alexander Marak passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 21, 2008, while attending a rehearsal for a church youth dance festival in Tacoma, Washington in the presence of many friends. Paramedics worked hard to revive him, perhaps an hour or more, before they actually transported him to the hospital.

He was born on March 25, 1992, in Bremerton, Washington. Evan lived in the Kitsap County area throughout his life. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (The Mormons), and a priest in the Silverdale Third Ward. Evan attended Klahowya Secondary School and was looking forward to High School.

Evan enjoyed listening to his music, now mostly Goth and Heavy Metal, playing the drums, cooking and riding his dirt bike which his Auntie Ally bought him.

Evan is survived by his mother and stepfather, Carla and Jason Gilham; and his father, Dale Marak. He also leaves behind his siblings, Monica Phillips, Michael and Derrick Medina, Chelsea Marak, Samantha, Nicholas and Alexander Gilham; his special Auntie Ally France and many other loving friends and family. He will be sorely missed by his Aunt whom he totally idolized.
