How do you get dovii to be so aggressive? Mines about 4 inches had him for a month and he/she still timid. Everytime I come up to the tank it retreats to its cave.

Hey skip, I was wondering if a Dovii would possibly get along with a arrowana and peacock bass if the tank was large enough, let's say 800 gallons??

@SACAcichlids It's possible in any Tank over 800 gallons. But if I where you I would keep a watchful eye on them.

@c240xd Dovii's can reach 28"inches and sometimes 3 feet if you have a very large Aquarium, and I mean very large.

At what size do the male dovii's get the black spots and all the blue coloration, I got two from Jeff rapps and I was wondering when the color was going to come?

@ThatBoyCo Between 4" and 6"inches they should show black-spots and lots of blue green in the face & fin area.
