  • Wait, how come when you wash the screen to clear off the blue colour at 2:00 the brown colour doesnt come off too? is it made of different material? can you tell me the difference between the blue and brown one?

  • @f3nt0 Yes, they are very different - the blue liquid is called Speedball Drawing Fluid and the reddish brown liquid is Speedball Screen Filler. The blue is meant to resist the brown liquid so it retains the design you've created. Once the brown liquid is dry it is permanent. The blue liquid washes out with water and so the ink will go through the screen to create your print. The brown can be cleaned out of your screen only with a special product called Speed Clean screen cleaner.

  • Hi Instead of the drawing fluid can you paint or draw on a clear peace of paper to lay over the screen filer?

  • @boscobear33 Hi - I am not certain if I understand your question. There is a technique using a stencil for printing. Please take a look at our How to Screen Print Using the Stencil Technique on our channel. You may also email our Poduct Information experts who can help you with projects and product questions. Please email them at: info @ dickblick . com. Thanks!

  • but, if you wash the t-shirt, the drawing would it dissapear right?

  • @vampiricita No, the design that has been printed on the t-shirt with the fabric ink is permanent.

  • @ibzal49 The blue liquid is called Speedball Drawing Fluid and the reddish brown liquid is Speedball Screen Filler.
