@sraosby901 It's Thom's Vox AC30 i reckon(er), well any way it's a Vox.

@sraosby901 1) well the second drummer is Clive Deamer (unofficial member of Portishead). He has played with Radiohead on the In The Basement the King Of Limbs session
2) I suppose that the amp is Thom's 'cause it's facing him. It kind of looks like a Vox amp, maybe a Hand-wired AC30 or something like that (I'm not so sure)..

Everyone needs to chill out...Jonny played the solo too, the camera just wasn't on him. They probably decided to both play it to give it a bit more umph live.
