Read the entire description!

This is it. I managed to complete 20 out of 21 levels on Fantastic Contraption using a catapult. I followed these guidelines for the challenge:

1. The red object must be airborne at one point without any support.
2. The red object cannot be connected to the contraption.
3. The red object has to be physically "thrown" at the goal.
4. While rods can be attached to the red object (without being connected to the contraption, however), no wheels can be directly attached to the red object.

The only level not included in this is "Handling." While I have come up with many solutions to that level, it is beyond my capabilities to create a catapult that meets the requirements.

I made every contraption in this video from scratch. Here is a little information about each one:

ROLLING AWAY: This one is very simple on its own, so I made it a bit interesting.
REACH UP: Very simple contraption.
MIND THE GAP: I really like this one; it has a cool effect.
JUNKYARD: I made this one throw the ball high into the air.
THE WALL: I really love this one; it throws it backwards.
ON A ROLL: This one was kind of funny.
FULL UP: Old design...one of many.
HIGHER: Another simple design.
AROUND THE BEND: This one surprisingly worked very well.
UP THE HUMP: This one was tough, because the red object is so damn big. I had to use a lot of power.
MISSION TO MARS: One of two of my designs. This one I like more.
UP THE STAIRS: Old design, very simple.
BIG BALL: Ditto.
FOUR BALLS: A funny design, especially for the last ball.
DOWN UNDER: This one worked surprisingly well. I went through a lot of trial and error throughout previous designs, so I tried this, and it worked perfectly.
AWASH: This one was simple.
HANDLING: N/A
TUBE: This one is a recycled design, but I made it from scratch. I love this one.
BACK AND FORTH: Another one that worked surprisingly well.
UNPOSSIBLE: This one was the only one where I actually connected a rod to the ball.
U-TURN: Another one that worked surprisingly well.

The song playing in the background is "Remnants" by Disturbed. It fit well with the video.

Enjoy!
