simple copy those files such as CMD and Regedit on different drive FLASH for example and rename hem, that lets u run them, if not, use reshack to edit originals a bit and then run em

this "group policy" is stopping me from logging on to my account!
(Its only mine though, Im using a different user)
it says "access denied" everytime I try to log on, then it says something about group policy.
any help? or tips how to change this?

This is cool man... i have done this long time ago when i applied GPO's in a classroom:
Use a regular hex editor like xvi32 to edit a copy of cmd.exe. Search for "DisableCMD" using the Unicode option checkmarked. Then replace it to DisableWTF. Save and run on a machine that has this disabled and it will let you run!
Do the same shit for regedit.exe - look for DisableRegistryTools. Change it to DisableRegistryFools
No need to hide this information - Knowledge is power!
