this one, open Windows movie maker (you can download it from microsoft if you don't have it, it comes with xp home, xp media center, vista home, vista home premium and vista ultimate.) go to the little timeline thing and you will see a microphone icon, double click and it will open the narration options, click "show more options" or something like that and select "what U hear" then start narration and then start the video. Winmoviemaker will record the audio and put it on the timeline, then save
