Actually you got that wrong - Kalibo Ati-atihan is considered to be the Mother of All Philippine Festivals. :) FYI. Kalibo Atiatihan has been celebrated since the year 1212.

yes magaling talaga ang Tribu Ybanag. naalala ko dati nagjoin sila sa Dinagyang ganda ng performance kaso umulan ng sila ang nagperform d sila makasayaw ng maaus. d sila puro props sayaw ang ginagawa nila ganun dn ang Dinagyang. d katulad ng ibang festival dinadaan nila sa props para matakpan ang poor choreography.
