my brother was able to set it (the weight) , but he is a total tech-type. it is still confusing to me, i have to reset the weight, so when i get his asssitance to do that i will pay attention and write the steps down to post..

@jclaine I just purchased this monitor to use in RPM and Spin class. I am having a lot of difficulty inputing data, especially weight. From other internet searches, I see that is a common problem. Does anyone have any hints/videos on how to do this?

As a cyclist looking for a HRM, I actually like the idea that the BPM is the featured information displayed as I have my cyclocomputer for all my other data. Thanks for the review!

@jclaine you're welcome. as a cyclist also, I do like the BPM but I used the Garmin 305 on my bike with my HRM. What's nice about the 305 is you can customize the data fields that display on the default screen. So when running, I set it to Pace, HR, Distance, and time. While cycling, I have it set to Cadence, HR, distance, and time.
