What is PRIMAL?

Primal is national event celebrating chefs, butchers, fire cooking and responsible farms. Over the course of three days, chefs and butchers prep whole animals with culinary students while production teams capture footage for social media channels. Artisan food and beverage companies showcase their products for the consumer and trade. The online anticipation leads into one of the most experiential consumer events celebrating butcher culture, responsible food sources and top names in the whole food community.
