The woman is Wafa Sultan, an Arab-American psychologist from Los Angeles.
This is a very interesting interview. It's in Arabic with excellent sub-titles.

I really wonder that this interview was possible in Al Jazeera television. Maybe there is some hope for peace, when they allow this kind of controversial interview (and it is the truth! who does want peace and who doesn't?).
