As part of an art competition going on in Grand Rapids, MI Rob Bliss decided to do an interactive entry which got the entire community of downtown involved. He got permission to close off a large section of one road and to stand on top of several buildings and throw 100,000 paper airplanes from the tops of 7 different buildings, each 6-11 stories high. While musicians of every age talent or instrument played a certain melody in the streets. Sorry you can't hear the music yet.
So glad I was in Grand Rapids for this! Twas a lot of fun to watch.
