damn dude me as a culinary student also i saw u using broth frm a can...why not use broth frm carcase .....which is better... so the carcase won't jst be thrown.... badly and nt even used...

It was kind of a spur of the moment thing, cooking this. I did use the carcasses for stocks later. I agree, stocks taste way way way better than canned broths...
