the part obout jack's past really just solidifies the plotline 4 the finale when his bro actually shows up
he is such a great character

Tosh's memory in this episode is kind of sad - how she wanted to hold a flat-warming but couldn't cos she had no friends to invite. Nice insight into Jack's memory I think. A very interesting episode.

I loved Ianto in that episode! (well I love him in every episode so it's not a change) but his part was intense and I liked that.
It's sad that they won't remember certain things though. It could do the team some good!

He says 'this is one for the fans', but, as a fan of doctor who and torchwood, i actually didn't like finding out about Jack's past. It was good as a mystery. Or maybe i just found that segment lame. But i did looooove this episode for its stand alone value. Well writen/acted.

one thing i wish the directors wouldn't do is assume. i have only seen Torchwood episodes. i have seen 3 episodes of doctor who. but i dont know what that building was. i love Torchwood and the episodes of doctor who
