prolbem with this video is that the Florida Supreme Court was not counting overvotes, and if Lewis would not haved intervened and ordered that (could and/or would he have?), Gore would have lost that recount. And a recount after the fact by a consortium COULD NOT use local standards because outside of the counties that did do recounts (i.e., Palm Beach), local standards did not exist as the canvessing boards did not establsih them for counties that did not recount!

Why didn't the Florida Supreme Court also consider overvotes? This was a major problem cited by the US Supreme Court in its equal protection ruling.
