Michael did a marvelous video clip named "Ghosts". At the end of the clip it shows how Michael slips into the masks he used for the film. The mask for the "Major" looks a lot like the Dave Dave we saw on Larry King.

if you watch the making of Ghosts and see the scene where he is dressed as the Mayor standing up talking to the camera if you close your eyes it is his normal adult voice which conjures a completely different image of what he would look like with that voice. His accent of the Mayor also sounds like the J Edgar Hoover in Leonardo DiCaprio's movie.
