Seated Dumbbell Presses (Heavy) - 5 x 3-5
Pull Ups 5 x 3-5
Weighted Pistols 5 x 3-5 each side
Dumbbell Swings 5 x 10 each side
Turkish Get Ups 5 x 2-3 each side
Windmill 5 x 3-5 each side
