  • Hello John,

Thank you for posting the note. Just read it and absorbed your message. I wish there were more people like you. I couldn't agree with you more about high standards and turning your back on mediocrity. I would even go as far as to say that this is probably one of the reasons that there is so much frustration in our youth. In great respect Ernie.

  • @BigErnie00 I truly appreciate your comments and support. It is rather remarkable in all this talk of “strength” few understand that the mentors responsibility is to build truly strong individuals that starts with upstanding character.

Of providing youth “direction” I whole-heartedly agree and why in lectures I inform the audience I will ask for “more” as opposed to accept the culture of mediocrity.

  • @BigErnie00 btw, your comment on "Where the qualities of a leader begin" not posting for some reason. However I would like offer podcasts as part of an upcoming "leadership school" that will make available soon.

  • Good morning John,

Okay many thanks, I will look forward to that.

  • @BigErnie00 thank you and I apologise as I was not aware of the link issue. It is a note titled, "Focus, be disciplined". If you have problems locating please make me aware and I will film the response :) Have a blessed day my friend.

  • What are the 05:00 50, 50s?

  • @BigErnie00 thank you for viewing. "50/50's" refers to performing fity push-ups and sit-ups at 5am each morning. There are certainly better options, but this is solid, disciplined start. I am trying to post links to the article but unfortunately YouTube is not allowing it the url. I will have it posted on our Facebook page (.com/LiveTheCode)
