Buddhist monks and local people revolt to chinese occupation and abuses of human right.
Peaceful marches by Buddhist monks in recent days, and violent repression by the police have given way to angry crowds confronting riot police. Chinese police were reported to have shot 16 people and killing at least two people.
Chinese government has impose censorship on this situation in trying to protect the reputation on the face of the 2008 Beijing olympics. Already many the athletes who have being boycotting the event if the situation goes on.

132. Ai đề cao tự ngã,
Khi miệt giá trị người,
Hạ mình với tự cao,
Ðược biết là bần tiện.

132. He who (speaks and) extols himself,
and yet despises another,
who is debased through his own conceit,
he one should know as an outcaste.


133. Ai gây hấn, hà tiện,
Ác dục và xan tham,
Xảo quyệt, không tàm quí,
Ðược biết là bần tiện.

133. (He who) is annoying, stingy,
who has bad longings, is selfish, crafty,
unconscientious, and shameless,
he one should know as an outcaste.


134. Ai phỉ báng đức Phật,
Hay đệ tử của Ngài,
Hàng xuất gia, tại gia,
Ðược biết là bần tiện.

134. He who abuses a Buddha,
or else one of his disciples,
a wanderer, or a householder,
he one should know as an outcaste.

135. Ai không phải La-hán,
Tự nhận là La-hán,
Kẻ trộm Phạm thiên giới,
Chính tối hạ bần tiện.
Những hàng bần tiện này,
Ta nói rõ cho Ông.

135.He who, not being a Worthy One
claims that he is a Worthy One,
is a thief in the world with its brahmàs,
he is the worst of the outcastes.
These, indeed, are said to be outcastes,
those whom I have explained to you.

136. Bần tiện không vì sanh,
Phạm chí không vì sanh,
Do hành, thành bần tiện,
Do hành, thành Phạm chí.

136. One is not an outcaste by birth,
by birth one is not a brahmin,
by deeds one becomes an outcaste,
one becomes a brahmin by deeds.


137. Do đây, nên hiểu biết,
Như Ta trình bày rõ,
Màtanga được danh,
Bần tiện, ăn thịt chó.

137. You can know it also by this,
as I (give you) this example:
Sopaka, an untouchable's son,
was renowned as Màtaïga.

138. Danh tối thượng khó đạt,
Màtanga đạt được,
Nhiều Sát-ly, Phạm chí,
Ðến hầu hạ vị ấy.

138. This Màtaïga attained the highest repute,
which was very hard to obtain,
and many nobles and brahmins
came to attend on him.


139. Vị ấy leo thiên xa,
Trên đường lớn không bụi,
Từ bỏ mọi dục tham,
Ðạt được Phạm thiên giới,
Thọ sanh không ngăn chận,
Vị ấy sanh Phạm thiên.

139. He ascended the way going to the gods,
that dust-free great path,
and having put away sensual desire,
he went to the brahma worlds.
Birth did not prevent him
from being reborn in the brahma worlds.


140. Có những Bà-la-môn,
Sanh gia đình Ðạo sư,
Hay sanh những gia đình
Quyến thuộc với bùa chú,
Họ vẫn thường được thấy,
Làm các điều ác nghiệp,

140. Brahmins, though born in a family of scholars,
and acquainted with the lore,
are continuously to be seen
(doing) deeds that are bad.


141. Hiện tại bị khinh miệt,
Ðời sau sanh ác thú,
Thọ sanh không ngăn chận,
Sanh ác thú đáng khinh.
141. Reproachable in this life,
in the next life they have an unhappy destiny.
Birth does not prevent
reproach or an unhappy destiny.



142. Bần tiện không vì sanh,
Phạm chí không vì sanh,
Do hành thành bần tiện,
Do hành thành Phạm chí.

142.One is not an outcaste by birth,
by birth one is not a brahmin,
by deeds one becomes an outcaste,
one becomes a brahmin by deeds
