Its just in good fun. In EMS we do the same to each others ambulance, esp if left unlocked.

Philly police officers are sanctimonious frauds who hide behind a facade of law and order. They are lying cowards who never admit to their own crimes, yet frequently try to frame innocent people for crimes which they did not commit. Cops are not interested in upholding laws, only in massaging their unwarranted god complexes, blue-collar hero vanities, and unjustifiably inflated egos. Pigs know that they will never be held accountable for their crimes, hence their propensity to perpetrate them.
