I can see the spark on my iolite but its still not lighting the butane. Does this tutorial fix this, or does it just fix it for people who dont see a spark.

having the exact issue here. they're jerking me around with email, they dont reply then they do but they ask questions when everything was on the original email. it's a tire them out technique. anyhow, i wanted to ask how come they didn't honor the warranty? i went and bought me a magi launch box and its like drinking beer, it's an acquired taste and technique and it's darn good. i recommend it dude. let me hear back from you on the warranty question, k. take care! tarp
I have removed the hex screws and it won't come apart still. Any tips? I can't figure this out.

@nevastar85
Put a screw driver or a knife between the plastic cases, slowly pull apart.

Great videos. I just have one question. What did you use to take the screws out? I've tried all kinds of screw drivers and hex keys but nothing seems to work.

@Spikington2
Mine came out with + screw driver, but I heard of someone who had hex in his.
If you peek into the hole, you should be able to tell.

Yeah, it's a hectic work but once you have it fixed, it works well more reliably.
