I kind of wish he stayed at Borussia. They have such a good project going there, and he would of been even better. Reus, Gotze, Lewandowski, Hummels etc. No doubt if he stayed they could challenge for the CL next season. But alas, Premier league clubs can't create there own talent, so as usual they buy foreign, which leads to their self proclaimed proclamations of "the best league in the world".

You do know your complaining that Premier League clubs buy foreign players because they can't create their own talent whilst Borussia bought Kagawa from Cerezo Osaka right?
