  • Legalize it.

  • Marijuana prohibition is costly wasteful and isn't working. Alcohol today is recognized as a harmless form of intoxication when used responsibly, even with possible health benefits in moderation. I could demonize it by saying "Alcohol kills brain cells and liver cells. getting drunk can kill you." There have been ZERO cases of death as a result from marijuana overdose. The most likely harm to result from responsible Marijuana intoxication is the disproportionate punishment

  • If it was good enough for George Washington, it's good enough for america.

  • ahhh!! it is so nice to see SANE comments here. CLEARLY marijuana SHOULD be LEGALIZED. It is costing us WAY to much money, its not half as bad as alcohol and ciggs. and we can start making the THOUSANDS of products from industrial HEMP!!!! all from a lowly weed that just so happens to get you high when you light it on fire and inhale. and will NEVER kill you. i like that.

  • Sense Health Care passed and only like 60 million wanted it, then there is no excuse to make Marijuana legal cause like 200 million want it legalized for all sorts of reasons!

  • @Nitro713 Rhode Island I think.

  • there's 50 states in america which one is it?

  • what state?

  • We need to stop cutting corners off. Quit cutting corners and just legalized it fully! Remove those in prison who did nothing wrong but smoke or grow it. Tax it, make money. It's eventually going to be fully legalized, why do we have to be so slow at getting there! I want America to beat Canada to full legalization, but hell, people there do it in public.

  • The current "war" on marijuana is inefficient impractical and ineffective. The loss is twofold. When a "non violent criminal" who chooses to be intoxicated by marijuana is put in jail, not only do we lose an otherwise working productive member of society, but other tax payers must pay for him to sit in jail.Marijuana is scientifically rated less addictive and harmful than alcohol and cigarettes. The punishment is disproportionate, can spend years earning a degree, never find another job
