my 98 accord is also stick and i was driving so i decided to do a 0-60 and it peeled out in first gear and when i shifted to 2nd it peeled out again. and its stock. why didnt yours?

I had it in first clutch dis-engaged before I gave it gas and I was trying not to be too rough, its not my car. So i granny shifted into 2nd, no clutch drop.

this too is my first car (but it's auto. :/ oh well) and it's got an intake, I love it. Still smooth, reliable, and handles better than my dad's 2010 v6 accord.

@xoquixxoqafxo the accords have very high traction tires so second gear chirping is next to impossible unless you time it exactly right with vtec. they have very superior rubber compounds used
