  • @antandbecksc

It shouldn't be, but I've never done it.

  • Josh, Thank you very much for the video. It helped me out alot. Matter of fact I wouldn't have been able to do it without watching this video. Just wanna let you know this video is helping alot of people out there.

  • Thanks for the video. It's very helpful because you go through step by step. I do find that it's a little like looking at the screen through a telescope, because we can only see a little bit of the screen at once, but otherwise you take things nice and slow so that we can keep up with you. I also like how you explain why you're doing certain things, like preventing directory browsing.

    Thanks

  • Hi Josh. Problem solved!!!

I was looking that the zip package have in every folder 2 o 3 files then...

I just unzip the files in my desktop and copy and paste only the files in the respective folder in the xampp directory in the C: and this work!! Thanks again

  • Hi Josh. i have one question or problem! I have installed Xampp some months ago and therefore I have many files in "htdocs" I would not want replace it with the new folder from TomCat Add-On and lost all my files!. The question is: Is there other way? Is it necesary? Thanks from Caracas

  • Great tutorial Josh! Thanks so much for you efforts!

  • XAMPP won't run on x64 bit.. any way around it?

  • Also it might be beneficial to other newbie's out there like myself if rather than just saying "You do need the JDK install" if you actually included more information about how to install the JDK in the video. Such as which exact version needs to be installed, where to find it, and any particular options that need to be noticed when running the installation process.
