No3b (ノースリーブス, Nōsurībusu, "No Sleeves") is subunit from idol group AKB48's team A, produced by Yasushi Akimoto. They debuted in 2008, and have had three Oricon top 10 singles to date. The group has released two digital singles under the name Persona (ペルソナ, Perusona).
