The drivethrough ATM's have braille because when they are made, it is not yet determined where they will be stationed. Skating rinks have wheelchair accessible parking spaces because 1) it's law and 2) a handicapped guardian could be driving their children there to skate. And please, there is no way in hell a pizza would ever get to a house before an ambulance unless there is a rare case that an ambulance has crashed on the way to the scene (which happens a lot more than you might think).
