The QCI tones are transmitted by County which activates the return tones that are transmitted by the base. This is how most departments over by me operate, just the QCI tones were replaced by DTMF a long time ago for the most part.

@2010025 I run with Chapmanville, northeren venango county. Actually we're on the crawford/venango line. So we have dual dispatch.

@TheTrenter01 Its basically a decoder for the siren tones. It activates for the station tones set off by the county which activates the relay for the siren and the plectron (to set off the pager tones). Does that work?

The pagers also activate twice. The tones after the first two are just alert tones. A series of two activates the pagers twice. Hope this helps.
