Isnt it basically done by importing the image into paint and then geveing it a filter that edits how the image looks, saving the image and then opening the next still in the video?

Yeah, but its quite lot of work, i was busy 2,5 houres. You have to edit each frame. And there are much frames

i use AVS video editor and i could do that it in like 30 sec lol

other good programs like Avid and Adobe Premier can do that easily as well

Not with this video, with the edited part its less, even pixar dont use 30 fps animations. They're 24 fps.
