I agree that this sounds "like ruby love" ... I have most of Cat's albums and I haven't heard this song before now... Possibly a prototype for rubylove? If not (and i'll sit corrected) I'm sure he himself would admit this is as to rubylove as bob dylans 'girl from north country' to 'spanish boots of leather' .

Yeah but he's father was Greek-Cypriot and his mother was Swedish. He once said in an interview that sometimes you can even hear the Swedish influences peeping about. However, he went to alot of wedding, parties etc. with his family, where they played mostly greek music.
