I worked with Valerie at the Children's Television Workshop (1992-1993) where she composed music for the educational games we made. We used to go roller blading around NYC together. Her bf at the time would build her custom violins. Valerie is such a nice person. We still keep in touch via email. I saw her in concert playing with Joe Jackson and hung out after the show. Good times.

I saw them perform live at Mabel Tainter in Menomonie over a year ago, there was only like 25 people in the audience, so i felt bad for them, but It was by far the most moving concert I have ever been to, had a really nice personal feel & they did not play any less intensely regardless of a minimal crowd. THANKS FOR THE SHOW!
